Coaching is focused on you and your goals in a supportive environment. As your life coach, I will ask you questions to help you understand what's going on in your life and help you develop solutions. We will engage in goal setting together, develop objectives, and action steps related to goals. We will also assess progress on a regular basis.
2. How is Coaching Different than Therapy?
While therapy tends to focus on the past, coaching focuses on your present goals. Coaching is focused on where you are now and where you want to be.
3. How Does the Coaching Process Typically Work?
We begin with a Discovery Session where we get to know each other. In this session, I will begin by sharing a bit of my background and coaching style with you. Then it's your turn and you will get a chance to experience coaching for yourself. We'll finish with any questions you have about the coaching process and discuss
4. Where are Coaching Sessions Held?
Coaching sessions typically take place over the phone for 50-minutes on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Clients love the flexibility of the phone.
5. What Services Do You Offer and How Much Do They Cost?
In general, I recommend that my clients work with me for a minimum of 6 sessions. Most clients find that real change happens over 12 sessions. For rates, please contact me. I offer the following discounts:
6-8 sessions packages: 5%
9-11 sessions packages: 10%
12 or more sessions packages: 15%
Please choose a package when we begin our work together to apply the discounts.
